Our beginner basketball training program is designed to develop fundamentals. We focus on essential skills of basketball, including footwork, balance, shooting, dribbling and passing. Our comprehensive training includes:
1. Confidence Building

2. Fundamentals
– Basic Skills: Mastering the essential skills of basketball, including footwork, balance, and body control.
– Consistency: Drills and exercises to ensure a strong foundation and reliable performance.
3. Shooting
– Form and Technique: Teaching proper shooting mechanics to improve accuracy and consistency.
– Range and Quick Release: Expanding shooting range and developing a quicker release.
– Shot Selection: Understanding when and where to take the best shots.
4. Dribbling
– Ball Handling: Improving control, dexterity, and speed with the ball.
– Moves and Counters: Learning a variety of dribbling moves and how to counter defensive pressure.
– Decision Making: Enhancing the ability to make quick, effective decisions while dribbling.
5. Passing
